At Custom Items and More, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-personalized products. Please note that custom-made items are eligible for return only in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Item
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
