Can I see a preview of my design before it is made?

Yes, for specific personalized items, we offer a digital proof upon request. Please include this requirement in your order notes at checkout.

What is your return policy for personalized items?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error.
